Telelogic (an IBM company) announces that Telelogic Rhapsody® 7.3 for Microsoft Windows® and Linux® (Build 1002329) is now available.

New features in Rhapsody 7.3 include:

-> Rhapsody Eclipse Platform Integration Plug-in – Integrates Rhapsody within the Eclipse platform and enables working on the code or model while leveraging the capabilities of the Eclipse editors in a single development environment.

-> Graphical Panels – Enables you to create a mock-up or prototype interface to easily simulate, validate and communicate design behavior.

-> Enhanced Model Driven Testing Support – Updates to Rhapsody TestConductor improve your productivity with automated target testing support and a Test Documentation package to assist in design reviews.

-> Improved Reverse Engineering and Roundtripping – Rhapsody 7.3 improves the reverse engineering workflow and enables you to leverage more C/C++ constructs.

-> Automotive Focused Refinements – Added capabilities tailored for the needs of the automotive industry with a new diagram for specifying architectures, the ability to control memory partitioning and animation on the host of the Extended C framework.

-> Rhapsody for MODAF Pack – Capture and deliver your architecture using MODAF terminology, including all core views, reporting capabilities, and custom checks.

-> Net-Centric Systems Pack – Develop and specify services for embedded Net Centric systems using a “SOA approach” with the import and export of WSDL.
