Can ATG be used independently of Rhapsody's MDD process?

Can ATG be used as a stand alone tool?
I am investigating model based testing and looking for an appropriate tool which does not require model driven development to be implemented.

Any advice would be great, thanks!

from what I know about ATG is that ATG requires Rhapsody ...it's an add on for Rhapsody

I don't mean in terms of purchasing. I'm interested in using Rhapsody just for Model Based Testing and want to know if you can import models to the ATG without using the rest of the rhapsody process.

This is possible but some of the major benefits of ATG is that it reads not just the code but also the statecharts, activity diagrams... so you will lose much of its benefits.
