Just thought you should know that there is a new Rational Harmony SE group at the My Developerworks site,
The site is public, you just need to get a My Developerwork account i think to join or access the information

At the moment it has (at last) the latest Harmony Deskbook V 3.1 plus support materials.
I am sure we can add more information of our own.

If you lose the link you can find it very easily by googling My Developerworks, Rational Harmony
Comes up very near, if not the top of the list.
