How can a add into rhapsody a compiler (eg. for HCS08, Cosmic)? Have got someone an idea/links/documents?

You could contact Customer Support as they might be able to send you some documentation.

It's not that difficult to do though, take a look at the examples in rhapsody-os-adapter-f15.html
