I've just installed Rhaposdy desing editon v72 and have Visual Studio 2004 express edition.I know that this is not a supported compiler for v72 but I believe rebuliding the framework is all I need to do.

However when I rebuild the framework,I get this error :

ntos.cpp
..\oxf/ntos.h(24) : fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'windows.h': No such file or direct
ory
NMAKE : fatal error U1077: '"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 8\VC\BIN\cl.EXE"' : return cod
e '0x2'
Stop.
NMAKE : fatal error U1077: '"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 8\VC\BIN\nmake.EXE"' : return
code '0x2'
Stop.

C:\Rhapsody\Rhapsody72\Share\LangCpp>

Any clue ?
Also, I tried using cygwin but still run into errors :

Please help.

Did you install the dev tools when installing cygwin? If not then follow the instructions in the .pdf found in this thread http://www.rhapsody4you.org/problem-bui ... -t231.html

(1) microsoft
winsock is missing .. this is part of the Microsoft SDK.. so in your case take a look on VS2005 Express installation for more information

http://www.rhapsody4you.org/visual-c-20 ... r-t47.html
