Hi all,

as far as I know requirements can be connected to design elements in Rhapsody by anchor or by dependency.

However, I find really slow drawing a dependency between each requirement and the design element that covers it. In fact, it becomes annoying if the number of requirements gets high.

Do you now a faster way to do this?

In Enterprise Architect it was possible to define a Relationship Matrix between the requirements and the design elements and just fill with a cross the corresponding cells for connected elements.

Is any functionallity like this available in Rhapsody? I have searched through the user guide but can't find any other way to do it.

Thanks everybody,
jose

in the Harmony profile there is a link wizard that you can use for this -
another possibility is to open the feature dialog of the Requirement and to anchor the element with the browser ...

Hi Mickey,

the Link Wizard of the Harmony Profile seems to be the best solution :D

Anyway, we are not aware of the implications of using a different profile. We are now using the Default profile since we want to use UML 2.0 specification in our design. How does using the Harmony profile affect this?

I can see that some stereotypes and tags had been added, but we don't understand why new features like this Link Wizard are now available.

Probably is a very basic question...

Thanks again for you help

the link wizard is an application called HyperlinksAndAnchorsWizard.exe which is located under RhapsodyInstall\Harmony Toolkit\
Execute it directly or add it into the Rhapsody Toolbar under Toos\custimize
