How Interprocess Communication is achieved using rhapsody API? Is it possible?

The Rhapsody API is available as a COM or Java interface to allow you to interrogate and manipulate your Rhapsody model.

I think you are asking a different question. Perhaps you mean the Rhapsody OXF (Object eXecution Framework)?
