In the samples delivered together with Rhapsody most samples have a GUI to controll the modell simulated in Rhapsody. I would try something like that by myself. Just a simlpe example. I created a simple window using Microsoft Visual Studio with C++ and a button using the winapi. I only using in my Rhapsody projekts C not C++.

Is there someone who can say me how to connect this little C++-programm with my Rhapsody modell in that way, that be pressing on the button an event is fired in rhapsody. is there anyway in the manuall described how this worked. can anybody help me with this little programm.

Thanks for sugestions

Lukas

Please study the Rhapsody samples. The Dishwasher sample uses the evStart, evOpen and evClose event in the GUI.

- add the buttons to your GUI (e.g. Start)
- double click on the button in the GUI and add the OnClickButton operations

void CDishwasher_GUIDlg::OnBnClickedButton1()
{
theDishwasher->GEN_BY_GUI(evStart());
}

I still have an old I-Logix presentation but I am afraid I am not allowed to publish this in the forum.
