In Rhapsody create a folder "flexlm". Create there a new file "license.dat" with following contents:

SERVER licenseserver ANY 19353
USE_SERVER

licenseserver is the name or IP address of your Windows machine

by default Rhapsody looks into this file

another way is to edit the rhapsody.exe.ini file in $Home
check the environment variable RY_LICENSE_FILE
