I am suddenly seeing lots of source artifacts in my browser.
If I do View - Browser Display Options - Show Source Artifacts and then filter the browser on Component View, I see lots of new Source Artifacts.

Does anyone know why? What have I done to generate these? I have attempted to delete them but they just keep returning!

NB: Source Artifacts were previously known as Component Files.

Help!

They are created when you roundtrip code that cannot be inserted in the model if you keep the 'respect' factory setting. In my company we insert the following in the siteC++.prp to override the (silly and confusing) default.

Subject CPP_Roundtrip
Metaclass General
Property RoundtripScheme Enum "Respect,Advanced,Basic" "Basic"
end
end
